Hannes Weiland is the CEO of Pedilay Care GmbH, a Munich, Germany based medical startup. With their 2019 launched and in-house manufactured Pedilay® med wound care product line, a user friendly & easy on/off product for both professionals and laypersons, Pedilay is redefining secondary bandaging materials. Prior to launching Pedilay, Hannes held various positions in startups, consulting and government. Despite his business focus, he has a keen eye for material and process innovation to build and protect company value. A dual national of Canada and Germany, Hannes passionately supports initiatives that strengthen transatlantic relations among youth.
